"The room was perfectly clean and the grounds were very well maintained. Staff was not super friendly and almost annoyed when asked for help. Breakfast was disgraceful. Bread, hard boiled eggs and a yogurt machine that was empty. Staff was annoyed when asked if they could get more cream cheese. Water machine broke and coffee tasted like soap. Plan to get breakfast outside of the hotel. Parking was easy. Parking lot road could use some maintenance and additional lighting for night. "

"Clean but dated rooms. Staff is ok just do the bare minimum. Staff at the food service is awful. They complain about other guests openly. Front desk ( Kevin is useless) not much help on information. Got more from guests. There is a free trolley line right next to the hotel. Beach chairs and umbrellas are at a fee. pool side get there early. The chicken tenders are amazing!! Patty the cleaning woman was the most helpful and always a smile on her face. Always happy to help or give a good tip / info. Have her at the front desk . "
